About this speaker
A business writer and knowledge manager for 32 years, I've helped actuaries at several of the UK's leading insurance groups and consultancies to produce and manage their actuarial, risk and compliance documentation. I run writing courses for actuaries, and I'm the author of Ultimate Guide to Business Writing (published by Routledge in March 2021). I'm also a regular music reviewer and write crime fiction under a pen name.
