Expanding Actuarial Horizons by Understanding Human Behaviour Change
A Talk by Colin Bullen (Founder + Director, Change Craft)
About this Talk
Behaviour is the undiscovered country of the actuarial profession. Poor behaviour is associated with poor health, increased accidents and reduced longevity. And yet we currently largely ignore its involvement in the risks we evaluate and the products we build. There are reasons for this, but things are about to change, and a growth actuary will need to be ready. This presentation will tell you what you can do today and will cover why behaviour matters, how behaviour change can be priced and what you can do to change risky behaviour.
